Good to know
The main floor of Troutmanor includes the fully-stocked kitchen, living room with a wood burning fireplace, a guest bathroom, and the master suite, which includes a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub, as well as a separate shower. The master bedroom opens on to the wrap around porch, for easy morning relaxation. The porch is fully enclosed and offers plenty of seating, hammocks, games and eating areas. The upstairs sleeping loft has a queen size bed, and two trundle day beds with 4 total twin beds. The master bedroom on the main floor is equipped with a king size bed. The basement master has a queen bed, and the main basement area has 2 full futons, a couch and recliner. Upstairs is a sleeping loft with queen size bed, and two trundle day beds with 4 total twin beds. There is also a dedicated workspace in the loft, as well as a full bathroom. This space offers views of the surrounding forest, and is also equipped with two ceiling fans. Head down the stairs to find another master suite with a queen size bed and full bathroom. There is ample room to set up the pack and play or air mattress. The rest of the basement features darts, board games, dry bar, a large television, two futons/sofa sleepers, and plenty of seating for games and entertainment. There is also a full size washer and dryer available for guest use. Exit out the back of the basement to sit on the downstairs back porch and a beautiful lawn, or relax in the 6 person hot tub. Circle around to the front of the house to enjoy a fire in the firepit.
Other Details to Note
PETS: We are pet friendly, but only allows dogs! There is a 2 pet max for each reservation. There is a $50 one time, non refundable, pet cleaning fee per pet. This cleaning fee applies to support animals as well. Dogs must remain on leash outside of the cabin/porch and should be in a crate when left alone. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is prohibited at Troutmanor. If evidence of smoking is found, there will be an additional $300 cleaning fee. ID: Guests at Troutmanor will be required to agree to the terms of a rental agreement and provide proof of ID. Minimum age to rent is 25. PARTIES & EVENTS: Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed.

Troutmanor is located 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, GA and McCaysville/Copper Hill. There is too much to do for a single weekend, so you'll have to take your pick! Troutmanor is located on a gravel road, but is almost always accessible by normal passenger vehicles (subject to harsh weather).
